Our professional and friendly staff has over 150 years of combined experience in orthodontics. Each member has received advanced training in the area of orthodontics and participates in continuing education courses to maintain the highest quality of care. Together with Dr. Roblee and Dr. Landers, we have successfully treated over 10,000 smiling faces in our 24 years of practice. We all promise to give our patients our best!
Carolyn Baldwin

My name is Carolyn Baldwin. I have been with Roblee Orthodontics for 16 years. I have been married to my husband, Arthur, for 38 years. We have 2 children and 3 adorable grandchildren. I love my job, but most of all, I love to shop!
Tammi Nickell

My name is Tammi Nickell and I am the second person you see when you walk through the door if you do not see me, you will most likely hear me. I have been with Roblee Orthodontics since October 2007. I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the people who make this practice thrive and all the wonderful patients whom we are blessed to treat. I have three children-Weston, Anistyn, and Stasia, with their ages spanning from 8-17. Needless to say, there is never a dull moment in my home! In my spare time, when there is such a thing, I enjoy reading, running, and food---yes food, which is why I run.
Harry Waggener

My name is Harry Waggener and I have been employed at Roblee Orthodontics for 15 years. I have been a dental technician since 1959. I have been married to my wife, Lou, for 49 years. We have a son, Jeff, a granddaughter, Ella, who is 4 years old. We like to camp and fish.
Mary Adams
Lab Technician
My name is Mary Adams and I have worked here since April 1, 2002. I love what I do! I enjoy working with my hands and problem solving --I have the aptitude for it. Since I’m in the lab, I am a behind the scenes hero-I thrive there! I strive to have a positive attitude and to help out whenever and however I can. When I am not doing what I love to do here, I am usually building or repairing something. I take care of my mom, her home, my home, and I have a rental property. I always have two or three projects in the works. For example, I am currently repairing a terra cotta elephant planter, building a cabinet for the sewing/projects’ room at my home, and a landscaping project for my mom in Ft. Smith. I am not a, “start one project and finish it,” type of gal. Needless to say, I have many unfinished endeavors lurking out there. I love to read, cook, watch movies and go to performances at the Walton Arts Center. I am also involved and volunteer at my church. Through my father I inherited a love for sports and a passion for the Razorbacks!!
Shawna Lindsey

My name is Shawna Lindsey and I was born and raised in central Kansas where I discovered my love for dentistry and orthodontics seven years ago. In 2006, I moved to Arkansas and immediately joined the team here at Roblee Orthodontics as the New Patient Coordinator. I live in Fayetteville with my husband, and love spending time with family and friends. I will happily admit that I am now a passionate Hog fan! I look forward to meeting you during your first visit to our office and helping you achieve the smile of your dreams!

Hello! My name is Char Johnson. I am the Clinical Manger for Roblee Orthodontics. I have been working for Dr. Roblee and Dr. Landers for 3 years. I really enjoy the diversity of cases we encounter on a daily basis. I am married and have a 16year old son. I love spending time with my family, outdoor activities, and working out. I look forward to meeting new and interesting people everyday.
Gabriela Miranda

My name is Gabriela Miranda, but I like to be called Gaby. I moved to Arkansas the summer of 1996. I have been working in orthodontics for 6 years, and 4 of those have been with Roblee Orthodontics. I love spending time with my family especially my nieces and nephews. I am not married, but do have a puppy named Minnie Bella. She is my very first pet.

My name is Anna Loyd. I moved to Fayetteville in 2003 from my hometown of Pocahontas, Arkansas. I have worked for Roblee Orthodontics for 3years and enjoy every minute of it! I live with my dog, Sammy, and enjoy being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

Hello my name is Heather Gryder. I have worked at Roblee Orthodontics for 2 ˝ years. I am originally from the Houston Texas area. I moved here in 1996. In my spare time I enjoy spending time outdoors and with my family and friends. I have my 1st baby on the way! He will be here in October. I love my job and the people I work with, most importantly I like to help people and uplift their confidence!

My name is Jessica Rimel. I graduated from Dental Assisting School in the spring of 2007. I moved to Fayetteville to live with my husband, Ryan, in July 2007. I have been working for Roblee Orthodontics since October. I chose the orthodontic field because I love to see confidence grow with a beautiful smile. Ryan and I were married on April 26, 2008, in Springfield, Missouri our hometown. We have two dogs: Jake, a white German Shepherd, and Pita, a Yorkie/Maltese mix. I enjoy reading, shopping, and spending time with family.

My name is Lacey Carney. I have been here since January 2008 and I love it! I am learning new things everyday. I am grateful for Dr. Roblee, Dr. Landers, and the staff for giving me such an exciting opportunity. I love to make people laugh and smile, so I could not ask for a more rewarding job than to help make those smiles more beautiful. In my free time, I am trying to raise four “active” boys with my wonderful husband. We have been married for 11 years. We are very involved with our church and missions. You can find us doing almost anything from camping, swimming, soccer, t-ball/baseball, softball, travel, beach, skiing, reading, yard work, and shopping just to name a few!
Jennifer Tripp
Insurance Coordinator
My name is Jennifer Tripp and after working in the areas of construction, engineering, politics, and travel, I decided to enter the field of orthodontics in 2002 working for Dr. Floyd Harris. When he sold his practice to Dr. Roblee in 2004, I became part of the Roblee Orthodontic family. As our Insurance Coordinator, I maintain all of the insurance information for our patients. I really enjoy working with insurance companies, so of course, people think I am crazy! I also assist with accounting, imaging, patient records, and take care of the auto draft payment system we offer to our patients. I have been married to my husband Brian for 8 years and I have a cat, Brandy, and 2 dogs-Eagle and Dixie. When I am not busy filing insurance claims or performing as a professional belly dancer, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our furry children, reading, photography, and traveling.
